Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Welcome to PeptideMD. By accessing or using our website at peptidemd.bio and our telehealth platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Medical Disclaimer

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. PeptideMD provides a telehealth platform that connects you with licensed healthcare providers. All medical decisions — including diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescriptions — are made solely by your provider based on their independent clinical judgment. PeptideMD does not practice medicine and does not employ healthcare providers.

Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through our Service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a state where our providers are licensed to practice to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Telehealth Consent

By scheduling a telehealth consultation, you acknowledge that:

  • Telehealth involves electronic communication of your medical information to providers who may be in a different location.
  • There are potential risks including technical failures, data security breaches, and limitations in physical examination.
  • You have the right to withdraw consent to telehealth at any time without affecting your right to future care or treatment.
  • The provider may determine that telehealth is not appropriate and recommend an in-person evaluation.

5. Compounded Medications

Certain medications available through the Service — including GLP-1 compounds (semaglutide, tirzepatide) and therapeutic peptides — are compounded preparations made by a 503A-licensed pharmacy. These are not FDA-approved finished drug products and are not the same as brand-name medications (e.g., Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound). Compounded medications are prescribed off-label at the provider's discretion based on clinical assessment.

6. Payment and Billing

All fees are due at the time of service. We do not bill insurance. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refund policies are outlined at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of PeptideMD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Provide false or misleading information, including medical history or identity details.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other user accounts.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute your prescribed medications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptideMD and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PeptideMD harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors and pharmacy partners). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
